1. About Shakira Bacon

Shakira Bacon is a digital marketing studio providing professional services including (but not limited to) marketing strategy, paid advertising management, creative direction, content development, campaign optimisation, and performance reporting.

We provide digital services only and do not sell or ship physical goods.

2. Services

All services are provided on a professional, best-efforts basis. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed in writing (via email, proposal, or contract) prior to commencement.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at our discretion, including where cooperation, payment, or required access is not provided.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payments are due as agreed in advance, including retainers, onboarding fees, or invoice-based payments.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Supply required access to accounts, platforms, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables promptly
• Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and advertising regulations

We are not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials created by Shakira Bacon remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

We reserve the right to reference non-confidential work for portfolio, case study, and marketing purposes.

6. No Guarantees

While we aim to deliver high-quality and effective marketing services, we do not guarantee specific results, including revenue, leads, conversions, or platform performance. Outcomes may be affected by factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, budgets, and client execution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss of profit damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information disclosed in connection with services. This obligation survives termination.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services by written notice in accordance with any agreed notice period. Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due and access to services and deliverables may be suspended. No refunds will be issued for work already performed.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, interfering with functionality, or using the site for unlawful purposes. Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice.

11. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party platforms (e.g., advertising platforms, analytics tools, payment processors). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
